Don't let the name fool you—while "Roux" is a playful nod to our deep Louisiana roots, this young buck is actually a stunning, crisp albino. Roux brings an incredible spark of energy to the homestead with his vibrant, curious, and very busy personality. He is always the first to explore, constantly active, and possesses a wonderfully bold temperament. As an up-and-coming junior buck, he is already showing excellent structural promise, combining his lively charm with the premium pedigreed standards we value at Jolis Lapins.

Gumbo

Status: Spoiled
The Vibe: Complete couch potato and full-time family pet.
Appearance: A gorgeous, velvety blue tort.

While the other rabbits might be focused on showing off their pedigreed structure, Gumbo has a much more important job on our Louisiana homestead: being absolutely, unapologetically spoiled. As a stunning blue tort, he is a true standout in color, but his real talent lies in mastering the art of the perfect afternoon nap and demanding chin rubs from the family. Gumbo is strictly a family pet, meaning his only daily responsibilities include keeping everyone company, lounging in the shade, and reminding us all to slow down and enjoy the simpler things in life.
